Troubleshooting HTML to Elementor
Use this guide to resolve common installation, capture, paste, SVG, responsiveness and Gumroad license issues.
The extension icon does not appear or the page is not selectable
- Confirm the extension is installed and enabled.
- Pin the extension from the Chrome extensions menu.
- Reload the webpage after installation.
- Test on a normal public webpage rather than an internal browser page.
The selected section does not capture correctly
- Start with a smaller section instead of a complex full page.
- Wait for images and fonts to finish loading.
- Try selected-section capture before full-page capture.
- Review complex sliders, forms and dynamic interactions manually after import.
The result does not paste into Elementor
- Open a page in the Elementor editor.
- Right-click inside the canvas.
- Choose Paste from other site.
- Press Ctrl + V or Command + V.
- Refresh Elementor and test a simpler section if the first paste fails.
Images or SVG icons are missing
Some source layouts use SVG assets, remote images, lazy loading or access restrictions. Verify each imported asset manually. Use a reputable SVG sanitization solution and enable upload-related settings only when needed.
A full-page import is slow
Large pages require more processing and more editing after import. Divide the project into smaller sections whenever practical.
The license key is rejected
- Copy the complete Gumroad license key without extra spaces.
- Confirm that you are online during activation.
- Open the extension License tab and try again.
- If the issue remains, contact qaisarmehar905@gmail.com.
The destination site uses Elementor v4 / Atomic Editor
Test the optional Elementor v4 mode (Atomic Editor) toggle. Choose the mode that matches the editor running on the destination site.
